We strive to display accurate product descriptions, specifications, and images on the Site. However, we do not warrant that all descriptions, pricing, or images are complete, current, or error-free. Colors and dimensions may vary slightly due to screen display differences.

Some visual content on this Site, including product demonstrations and promotional materials, may feature AI-generated imagery or synthetic performers (digitally created human-like figures generated using artificial intelligence). Such content is clearly labeled where required by applicable law.

Product availability is subject to change without notice. If a product becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will notify you promptly and offer a full refund or a suitable alternative.

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Prices do not include shipping costs, customs duties, import taxes, or other governmental charges, which are the sole responsibility of the buyer (see Section 5).

We accept the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. All payments are processed through secure, PCI-compliant third-party payment processors. TozyTech does not store your full credit card information on our servers.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to suspected fraud, pricing errors, product unavailability, or other legitimate business reasons. If your order is canceled, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.

By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current billing and shipping information. An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of your order; acceptance occurs only when the product is shipped and you receive a shipping confirmation.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse service, or cancel orders at our discretion, particularly when we suspect resale, fraud, or abuse of promotional offers.

We ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping times are estimates and may vary based on your location, customs processing, carrier performance, and other factors beyond our control. IMPORTANT FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Products shipped from Israel or our fulfillment centers may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other governmental charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. We recommend checking your local customs regulations before placing an order.

TozyTech is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, weather, carrier issues, or any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Title and risk of loss pass to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier.

TozyTech is committed to offering products that comply with applicable safety and regulatory standards in the markets where they are sold. Our electronic products, where required, carry appropriate certifications and comply with applicable regulations, which may include:

• FCC (Federal Communications Commission) certification for electronic devices sold in the United States, ensuring compliance with electromagnetic emission standards under Title 47 CFR Part 15. • UL, ETL, or equivalent safety certifications for appliances and electronic products, as applicable. • RoHS compliance for applicable products, verifying the restriction of hazardous substances. • Compliance with the Consumer Product Safety Act (CPSA) and Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) requirements, where applicable.

Products sold on the Site are intended for consumer use only. The buyer is responsible for using products in accordance with the instructions, warnings, and specifications provided by the manufacturer. Modification or misuse of products voids any warranty and may create safety hazards.

CALIFORNIA PROPOSITION 65 NOTICE: Certain products sold on this Site may contain chemicals known to the State of California to cause cancer, birth defects, or other reproductive harm. Where required, Proposition 65 warnings will be displayed on the product listing page and/or included with the product packaging.

TozyTech uses artificial intelligence tools in the creation of certain marketing and promotional content. This may include, but is not limited to:

• AI-generated human-like spokespersons ("synthetic performers") featured in video advertisements and promotional materials. • AI-generated or AI-enhanced product images and visual content. • AI-assisted copywriting for marketing materials.

In accordance with applicable laws, including New York General Business Law § 396-b (effective June 2026) and Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines, TozyTech will conspicuously disclose the use of synthetic performers and AI-generated content in its advertisements where required. Such disclosures may appear as on-screen text overlays, caption disclosures, or other conspicuous labeling.

No AI-generated content on this Site or in our promotional materials is intended to represent actual customer testimonials, endorsements, or personal experiences unless explicitly stated. Product claims made in advertisements are based on actual product specifications and testing, not on simulated AI experiences.

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition in which they were received. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy page for detailed instructions on initiating a return, refund processing timelines, and eligibility criteria.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item was defective, damaged during shipping, or an error was made on our part. In such cases, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label or arrange for a replacement at no additional cost.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the returned item and confirming its condition. Shipping costs paid on the original order are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

All products sold on the Site come with the manufacturer's warranty as described on the product listing page. The duration and terms of the manufacturer's warranty vary by product and are provided by the original manufacturer, not by TozyTech.

In addition to the manufacturer's warranty, all products are covered by implied warranties as required by the laws of your jurisdiction. Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit or exclude any implied warranty rights that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose under applicable US state law, including the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, TozyTech, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Site, your purchase of products, or any inability to use the Site or products, regardless of the theory of liability.

Our total cumulative liability for any and all claims arising from or related to a transaction shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the relevant product(s) in that transaction.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation or exclusion of certain damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TozyTech, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and suppliers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with: (a) your use of the Site; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any applicable law; or (d) any dispute between you and a third party.

All content on this Site, including but not limited to text, images, logos, graphics, software, AI-generated content, video, and audio, is the property of TozyTech or its licensors and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from this Site without our express prior written permission. Limited permission is granted to view and download content solely for personal, non-commercial use.

When using the Site, you agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose. • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site, its servers, or any connected systems. • Interfere with or disrupt the proper functioning of the Site. • Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to collect data from the Site without our written permission. • Submit false, misleading, or inaccurate information. • Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity. • Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, you acknowledge and agree that: (a) applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction may provide you with additional rights that cannot be waived by contract; (b) nothing in these Terms limits the ability of the US Federal Trade Commission, state attorneys general, or other regulatory bodies to enforce consumer protection laws; and (c) for customers located in the United States, mandatory consumer protection statutes of your state of residence may apply to certain aspects of these Terms.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails within 30 days, either party may pursue resolution through binding arbitration administered in accordance with applicable rules, or through the competent courts of Tel Aviv, Israel, as applicable.

You may also have the right to file a complaint with the consumer protection authority in your jurisdiction.

TozyTech shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, pandemics, natural disasters, government actions, supply chain disruptions, carrier delays, or internet or telecommunications failures.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving its original intent.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Return & Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and TozyTech regarding your use of the Site and purchase of products, and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, proposals, and agreements, whether oral or written.
