TozyTech is based in Israel. If you are located outside of Israel, your personal information may be transferred to and processed in Israel or other countries where our service providers operate. Israel has been recognized by the European Commission as providing an adequate level of data protection. Certain products use third-party applications (such as Tuya / Smart Life) for remote monitoring and control. When you use these apps, your data is subject to the third-party app provider's privacy policy, not ours. TozyTech is not responsible for the data practices of third-party app providers.

8.2 Video & Audio Data

Video and audio recorded by our camera devices are stored locally on your device or on cloud servers operated by the third-party app provider. TozyTech does not have access to, collect, store, or process any video or audio footage captured by our camera products. You are responsible for complying with all applicable recording laws in your jurisdiction.

9. Children's Privacy

The Site is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at [email protected] and we will delete such information.

10. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures including SSL/TLS encryption, PCI-DSS compliant payment processing, access controls, and regular security reviews. While we strive to protect your information, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

11. Do Not Track Signals

There is currently no universally accepted standard for how businesses should respond to Do Not Track (DNT) signals. However, we honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as valid opt-out requests under the CCPA.
