TozyTech is based in Israel. If you are located outside of Israel, your personal information may be transferred to and processed in Israel or other countries where our service providers operate. Israel has been recognized by the European Commission as providing an adequate level of data protection. For transfers to countries without an adequacy determination, we use Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or other lawful transfer mechanisms.

8.2 Video & Audio Data

Video and audio recorded by our camera devices are stored locally on your device or on cloud servers operated by the third-party app provider. TozyTech does not have access to, collect, store, or process any video or audio footage captured by our camera products. You are responsible for complying with all applicable recording laws in your jurisdiction.

9. Children's Privacy

The Site is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at [email protected] and we will delete such information.
